Directions: Directions for use (Adolescents and adults, 12 years and older): Twice daily, mix the contents of packet well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
Adolescents 12 years and older: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
Adults: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Adults (for sleep quality): Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Recommended Use: Helps to support mood balance.
Caution(s) and Warning(s): Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, a heart condition, a bleeding disorder, or any psychological disorder and/or condition such as anxiety or depression.
For mood/nervousness: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
For sleep quality: Consult your health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/ physician if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
