Directions: (Adults 18 years and older): Twice daily, mix one scoop with 60-250 mL of water, milk, fruit juice, smoothie, yogurt, or other foods or liquids. Do not expose to boiling or scalding temperatures. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics, other medications and/or natural health products. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Recommended Use: Supports gastrointestinal health and promotes a healthy mood balance.
Cautions and Warnings: Contains soy and milk. May contain gluten.
